Celebrate the first day of spring by checking out Nowruz 2015 at the Museum of Fine Arts. Don't miss this fun event filled with, dancing, music, performaces and art!

Observe a traditional Haft Seen, a Nowruz holiday table; purchase Persian-inspired food at Taste Café; enjoy musical and dance performances by renowned dancer and choreographer Banafsheh Sayyad. 

Explore Persian art and culture 
Go on a thematic tour in the Ancient Near East gallery with Lawrence Berman, Norma Jean Calderwood Senior Curator of Ancient Egyptian, Nubian, and Near Eastern Art; join a 10-minute Spotlight Talk highlighting Persian art. 

Discover the ancient civilization of Persepolis 
View paintings depicting this ancient city by local artist and educator Hengameh Taraz; hear author Reza Zarghamee discuss the history of Persepolis and its influences on contemporary civilization.
