"Boston’s South End Business Alliance will kick off its first ever Cookie Festival this weekend, with the help of six local bakeries. Each participating bakery will create a limited edition cookie especially for the festival, and the sweet treats will be available for purchase along a special cookie tour."
The participating bakeries include Flour Bakery, The Buttery and Sugar Baking Company. The last tour of the day will stop at the annual tree lighting at 4 p.m., at the Boston Center for the Arts Plaza.
