Her unsurpassed customer service, commitment to get the job done, and exuberant humor will make her customers and clients experience much less stressful and much more enjoyable.

Testimonials

“Worked with Kim  Miles, who took my phone call in between showings for other clients. In spite of this harried situation, she listened to what I was looking for (clean/small) and arranged a showing the next day. More important to me - new to this market - she helped me navigate the application/approval process and calmed my frayed nerves. I would definitely do business with her and this company again.”

“After exhaustive online research, we will never again trust Craigslist or any other site regarding real estate!  Without exception, every single property we called on was either "representative of properties" or had been rented ages ago, but left online to lure you in.

We then decided a realtor was the best way to go and contacted one who had several properties listed (on Craigslist and various apartment sites). What a disaster!!  The agent was a total lunatic!  Unprofessional, insulting and delusional!  If we had read a yelp review beforehand we would have NEVER contacted that agent!  After RUNNING from that agent, we went to have lunch thoroughly discouraged.  Our daughter mentioned one of her friends had heard of a review site called yelp.  We looked on yelp and noticed that Charlesgate Realty Group had a very positive review by most of their clients.  What did we have to lose?

We called from the Galleria Mall and spoke with Kim Miles.  She asked us what we were looking for-price range, area, size, amenities, etc  and patiently listened.  She said she had several properties that would fit our needs and that she would be happy to meet with us right away.  One of the properties was a new listing and only a few minutes walk from where we were, so she arranged to meet us there 15 minutes later!  Her knowledge of the property and accuracy in meeting our requirements was dead on!  We signed for a 1 year lease and began the pre-move checklist.

Our property was a condo and required a reservation for move-in accompanied by a deposit that had to be paid before the reservation could be made.  We were panicked that we would not be able to move in on the first as mailing a check would take time.  Not to worry, Kim rushed to the rescue and drove a check to the property manager that day!

We waited to write a review because we wanted to see if Kim would follow through with great service or just "get the sale".   She has stayed in touch and offered help throughout the entire process making every step since contacting Charlesgate as stress free as possible.  The last contact was the day after our move... following up to see how our move went and offering her best wishes and assistance if we needed anything further.  Great job Kim!”
