About Todd:

Todd has been with Charlesgate Realty Group since 2004.  As the General Manager of Charlesgate Realty, his primary roles are to hire and train staff, direct the sales and leasing operations, and consult key sales and leasing clients in the property management division. His guidance in all aspects of residential real estate make him an invaluable asset to our clients and the Charlesgate team.

Todd’s expertise and experience in the leasing industry in unparalleled. With twelve years of direct involvement in the Boston leasing market (both working with clients and training staff), our clients rely on his rental valuations and market knowledge to achieve their investment goals.  He was instrumental in launching the initial growth and development of the Charlesgate Realty Leasing and Property Management division, which is now one of the most well regarded leasing and boutique property management firms in Boston.  He has developed and refined the premier Boston agent training program that is utilized to train and develop successful Charlesgate agents.

By being active day to day in the market, Todd is able to maintain key expertise with the market while training, coaching and mentoring agents in the office. He currently serves on the Rental Issues Task Force for the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.

Todd has a B.A from UMass-Boston in economics.
