I am doing a little re-branding with this experiment I call a blog so please bear with me if things act or look a little funky while I adjust some of the layout and graphics over the next few days and weeks (hopefully not months!).

Why "23 Neighborhoods"?

Well since Boston is a city of neighborhoods - 23 of them to be exact, unofficially exact that is - the name seems fitting.  I'll have more details to follow, but be on the lookout for great info and additional pages on this blog, including a detailed Boston neighborhood boundary map with area descriptions, demographic info, nearby amenities, etc. plus a quick way for you to search all available property in each of the neighborhoods.

On a related note, I am also launching a 23 Neighborhoods Page on Facebook and a 23 Neighborhoods Group on LinkedIn.  Hopefully together we can create a thriving community online for sharing information and ideas about the Boston real estate market and just Boston in general.  Yes, yes....the group and page are a little sparse right now, but they will grow (I promise, they will!) with some incredible local information about buying, selling, or renting in Boston and in the distinct neighborhoods specifically.  There will be frequent real estate market stats and updates, plus some non real estate related, but important local news and events.  My goal is to create a comprehensive source for Boston real estate information as well as a great, ongoing discussion from all the people who join and follow the community!
