I asked a lot of buyers (and sellers) that come through my office what they would really like to see us add as a tool on our website.  And the number one answer is a map based property search function.

This map search program is a great tool (at least I think so)!  It has integrated community/school information, instant Zillow property valuations, and RSS and email feeds to automatically send you any new properties fitting your criteria each day, among other features....
