Where to Watch The Superbowl

Posted by Hillary Waldron on Thu, Jan 22, 2015

patriotsThe New England Patriots have made it to the Superbowl! If you don't want to go to a house party, make sure you grab your favorite Patriots shirt and some friends and head over to your favorite watering hole.

West End, The Fours
The Fours is usually a great place to go before a Bruins game and grab a beer but because of their numerous tvs and menu, is also a great place to go and watch the Superbowl, especially if you live in the area. The Fours has twenty two beers to choose from and great burgers, salads and wings." Chosen as the number one sports bar in America by Sports Illustrated back in 2005, The Fours has been a fan favorite since opening in 1976."

Downtown, Beantown Pub
Beantown Pub, located across from the famous Granary Burial Ground, is a staple in the Downtown area. Although there are not a ton of tvs, the long bar gives guests front row seats no matter where they are in the pub. Plus, a decent drink list and menu allows fans to watch the game and have a meal without breaking the bank.

Fenway, Cask 'n Flagon & Game On
Situated near Fenway Park, these bars have a ton of TVs and is a great place to watch a game with friends. Game On is situated right across the street from Cask and has a similar atmosphere. Game On also has a downstairs bar deemed  "Blazing Paddles" and is equipped with tons of ping pong tables. Personally, I preferred the dingy old bar that put the focus on the televisions.

Wherever you choose to watch the game, just make sure you enjoy the atmosphere. Go Pats!
