Looking for a fun new exercise class? Try paddleboard yoga! Sup Yo offers great classes all around the area. 

About SUP Yo: Yoga students seeking a new challenge can find it in paddleboard yoga at SUP YO. The classes—which take place atop standup paddleboards in local harbors—require greater concentration and coordination than onshore classes, whose students don't have to deal with waves or shouting Poseidons. Keeping with the yoga-in-nature theme, SUP YO also organizes yoga hikes through Mount Washington Valley and yoga retreats in White Mountain National Forest.
