theartofbrickNathan Sawaya brings style, craftsmanship and fun into Boston with "The Art of Brick" in Faneuil Hall Marketplace. The exhibit is being displayed all around the world and will be in Boston from October 7th, 2014 to January 11th, 2015. 

"This new exhibit displays amazing works of art using only LEGO toy bricks crafted by renowned contemporary artist, Nathan Sawaya. Some of the pieces include the popular, Yellow, a life size sculpture of a man ripping his chest open and spilling out thousands of yellow LEGO bricks, as well as a 20-foot long T-Rex dinosaur skeleton and a LEGO skull."

A New Legoland will be Opening In Somerville!

legoSomerville is getting an exciting addition in Assembly Row. The new Legoland will be opening on May 23rd and will feature rides, a 4D movie theater with sensory effects and much more!

"The complex also includes Lego models of historic Boston landmarks, such as Fenway Park, the USS Constitution, and Paul Revere’s house. It is the largest 'miniland' section of all the Legoland Discovery Centers, according to company officials."

Tickets are suggested for guaranteed entree. Lego fanatics can get early bird tickets on the Legoland website here
