hynes conventionThe Health & Fitness Expo will be coming to the Hynes Convention Center on June 13th & 14th. There is an estimated 60,000 people who attend the event every year to learn more about their health and well being. 

This event is free to the public and features free health screenings, exhibition booths with local area doctors and fitness trainers, a kids center and more!

There will even be celebrity appearances from the New England Patriots Cheerleaders, James Massone from The Voice, Olympian Aly Raisman, Vince Wilfolk from the Patriots and more! Demonstrations will also be held throughout the expo for healthy cooking and exercise.

Boston Vegetarian Food Festival

vegetarianThe 18th Annual Boston Vegetarian Food Festival will be held on Saturday, October 26th and Sunday, October 27th at the Reggie Lewis Athletic Center in Roxbury Crossing. 

"This Festival brings together an amazing array of vegetarian natural food providers, top national speakers and chefs, and educational exhibitors in a fun and welcoming environment. It is a chance to talk directly to food producers, learn the newest items in the marketplace, taste free food samples, shop at show special discounts, or simply learn what vegetarian foods are available and where you can find them!"

Guest speakers include Kathy Hester, Dr. Kerrie Saunders and Dr. Michael Greger. The speakers at the BVFF will be speaking about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and cooking options for you and your family.
