Dropkick Murphys Celtic Invasion Tour

Posted by Susie Callahan on Fri, Mar 13, 2015

Kick off your St. Patty's Day celebration by going to the Dropkick Murphys show at the House of Blues this Saturday!

Cultivated in South Boston in 1995, the Dropkick Murphys have become a quintessential Boston band. All proceeds of this Celtic Invasion Tour go towards their charitable foundation, The Claddagh Fund. Honoring the three attributes of the Claddagh Ring, friendship, love and loyalty, the mission of the Claddagh Fund is to raise money for the most underfunded non-profit organizations that support vulnerable populations in our communities.

Also new this year is a family/kids matinee soundcheck performance.  Bring the littlest fans to see the Dropkick Murphys perform a few "quieter" songs prior to the show.

Purchase tickets here:

Saturday, March 14th Matinee/Kids Soundcheck - ticket includes admission to the show, special access to a kids soundcheck with the band and pre-show access to the Foundation Room.  This event restricted for families please. Adult ticket $100.  12 & Under $50

Saturday, March 14th Evening - ticket includes admission to the show and post-show access to the Foundation Room.  $150

Dropkick Murphys at House of Blues

Posted by Hillary Waldron on Wed, Mar 12, 2014

Dropkick MurphysThe Dropkick Murphys are back in Boston! The Dropkicks will be performing at the House of Blues from Thursday, March 13th to Sunday, March 16th.

The Dropkick Murphys, formed in Quincy, MA, is a American Celtic Punk Band that is notorious for putting on awesome shows during the St. Patrick's Day holiday in Boston.

"The 2004 single 'Tessie' became the band's first hit and one of their biggest charting singles to date. The band's final Hellcat release, 2005's The Warrior's Code, included the song 'I'm Shipping Up to Boston'; the song was featured in the 2006 Academy Award-winning movie The Departed, and went on to become the band's only Platinum-selling single to date, and remains one of their best-known songs."

Tickets are currently sold out through the Dropkick site but are still available through StubHub.com
