It is a very popular event and I highly suggest being one of the rsvp'ers. This is an educational dinner that is fun, engaging and tasty! “Wine & Dine Mondays is about wonderful wines, creative food and good friends,” says Cecilia Rait, proprietress and wine director of Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro. While enjoying your dinner you will visit various wine regions without leaving your seat. Each dinner will include four wines as well as culinary artistry that has been hand chosen by Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro’s Executive Chef Josh Lewin in order to compliment each featured wine.
