365 things to do in Boston food classYou can't argue with me when I tell ya it's getting cold outside. It's that season where we (or at least I know I'm guilty of it) like to bundle up under a blanket, watch tv, and EAT! Don't deny it y'all. Maybe I went a little overboard with today's picture, but I still bet your drinking hot chocolate right now and have warm sugar cookies baking in the oven. Avoid the dreaded winter weight gain and put those cravings to a halt.

The Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) is going to teach us how to keep the flavor, and not keep the fat with “Light Comfort Foods”. On Wednesday, November 7th, 2012 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM, take a quick three hour class and learn how to transform some of your favorite meals into something you won't regret eating. Some foods they will be discussing include chicken pot pie, juicy meatballs and even fried chicken!
