The Charles River Conservancy and the MA Department of Conservation and Recreation are having their Sunday Parkland Games on the Charles River near the Weeks Footbridge. The Sunday Parkland Games will be from 3:30pm to 6pm from June 16 through September 29. These games are a great way to bring friends and and families together for some fun and fitness!
"CRC partners with Knucklebones, a local athletic and events company, to implement the program. They provide equipment and instruction for a variety of games—from bocce to beanbag toss, from basketball to badminton. There are hula-hoops and jump ropes, and from 5pm to 6pm, Cambridge-based Karma Yoga Studio conducts a one-hour yoga class. The game equipment is sized for children as young as 3 up to adults."
