First Night BostonOn behalf of Charlesgate Realty Group, LLC, we would like to wish everyone a happy & healthy new year!

If you are planning to head into the city for First Night, please be aware that the MBTA will have free service after 8pm and will be running until 2am. Parking restrictions will be in place so public transportation is highly recommended. The First Night button is $10.00 and are available at various convenient stores in the area.

Drum Central with Grooversity and IntAfrika

Groove to the beat of Afro-Brazilian drumming put together by Grooversity and IntAfrika. Created by Brazilian percussionist Marcus Santos, the Grooversity entertainment group not only educates, but also engages others to be a part of social change. 1:45-2:15 p.m. Hynes Convention Center Ballroom.

Handel and Haydn Society

The Young Women’s Chorus (grades 9-12) and the Young Men’s Chorus (grades 8-12) will perform separately. Both Choruses will perform together during the last performance with pieces by George Frideric Handel and Lowell Mason. 1-1:45 p.m. Hynes Convention Center Ballroom.

Face Painting

Get your face painted and become anything! The possibilities are endless.1-6 p.m. Hynes Convention Center Hall A.

For those who do not want to purchase the First Night button, keep in mind that you can still enjoy some of the festivities in the city, such as viewing of the ice sculptures throughout the city and the midnight fireworks in the Seaport District.
