Forget about blind dates or sporadic pick up games, S3 Singles Social Sports, Boston’s first singles sports league, is now accepting registrations for the inaugural season beginning June 22, 2013. More than a intramural sports league, S3 is committed to creating a relaxed, friendly environment where teams of single 20- and 30-somethings can meet to play softball followed by drinks and food at one of the league’s sponsor bar,The North Star. The registration fee of $115 includes 8 games over 8 weeks, umpires, team T-shirts, a First Pitch social event and the league champions win a team victory party. -s3 website
